I 751 Returned!

ugh so our ROC was returned because I made the check out fro 585 instead of 590! booo anyways. I have never gotten an RFE i guess before. What exactly do i return back to them? Just like I was submitting it originally with the papers they sent me stating the reason for it being returned and the correct check? Thanks so much!!!!

Do I have to send the original check they sent back with the wrong fee? or anything other than those papers that they sent to me?

No. Just send it with the new check.

Suggestion, since you got the amount wrong, sit down and review what you submitted so you don't have another delay.

If it's any consolation, when I initially sent my package in last December, I was downright meticulous about everything, including the order all the documents were in, how they were clipped together etc. It was returned back to me a week later because I had somehow neglected to actually SIGN the I-751. Perhaps the most boneheaded mistake a person could make. All I had to do was sign it and send it back in.

So just make out a new check, send it in, and you should be fine.
