This is what some of us consider normal and natural.

And then of course these's the "new norm".

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

So you agree w/me that your line about - "not effecting you and there for not your concern" was as empty as a box of donuts at Michael Moores house?

um no. if someone marries their sibling or has more than one husband or wife (you're quoting my response to this 'scenario') - then so be it. it has no effect on me or my family, or anyone else..

It was a matter of time before you felt the need to post a picture of two men.

I consider them both normal. If you don't, then that's your issue.

Yet you do this all the time when you suggest people should not hold certain views.

I think we would be closer to the truth if you just said

"I don't object to things... I don't object to."

dude, you can hold whatever views you want. hold on to them until your very last breath. no skin off my nose.

Now see you went too far... when you said it has no effect on anyone else.

How can you speak for the children who have to put up with this stuff being pushed at them by the new curriculum?

How can you speak for the orphan adopted by a gay couple?

How can you speak for those people dragged into court over these issues.

You did pretty good speaking for your fam.....as no one has the ability to debate that but when you speak more broadly.... the wheels fall off your position.

again, no. these are just your fears speaking.

what new curriculum. despite your fear, learning about people different than you doesn't make you those people. you simply have more knowledge.

can you speak for an orphan? have you adopted? what would you do if your adopted child turned out gay? question your own sexuality?

dragged into court over what issue. lost me here..

sex between consenting adults ... happens all the time. every second, every where. how burdened are you by all these heinous acts?

I really do not consider them at all.

Speaking generally The problem herein lies in what is "normal" even between a man and woman. What do you consider normal? What do I consider normal. I promise you it is not all the same. And given those differences should their be LAWS to deny me and spouse RIGHTS becuse of what we do in our own bedroom? Seriously?

Kip, Danno...you guys, and myself and most other people here married FOREIGN spouses. How many people say bad things about THAT!!!!???? How many "She only wants a green card" comments have YOU heard? How many have you heard from people who married a foreign spouse but not from the FSU? C'mon! And you think that there are not people that want to deny YOU your rights because of who YOU choose to marry? Seriously Danno, you gonna tell me you haven't run into ignorance in North Carolina regarding your Russian wife? You think those people don't want to stop what you did?

There are states where oral sex is illegal, ####### sex between a MAN and a WOMAN is illegal. Kip, are you listening?

Where do you draw the line? where does it end?

The answer for me is simple..."consenting adults"

Those are my nephews. 5 and 4 years old at the time who went with their uncle in the middle of the afternoon to get a happy meal.

Yes, and you demonstrated how to act assaultively in public, were lucky you didn't get arrested, yet proudly repeat this gem of a story over and over again.

The OP is not " thoughtful" but attempting to explain away and justify his personal homophobia.

To Danno homosexuality is a bedroom issue.

Support for gay marriage is not support for bestiality. It is not support for statutory rape. It is not support fir polygamy.
