Adjustment Status

I'm almost done finishing up our adjustment status. Do I have to have copys of a bank letter and employment again? Do I have to have my passport and g-325a again. From the guidline I don't see it, but on one example of anothers I seen a lot more info. Any help would be appreciated Thanks! I don't need any passports of me anymore do I? Is it just basically her information besides my income tax and pay stubs and stuff that I have.

I would say that a letter from your employer, stating your job title, salary, etc, would be a good idea to include with your I-864. No G-325a for the US spouse. A copy of your passport biographical page would be good too, with your I-864. This is not required in the instructions, but a little too much documents may be a good idea, than just enough. Especially if it's easy to gather.

What about my divorce papers. I already submitted those before. Should I submit them again? The biographic page in my passport is my picture and info right? Just making sure everything is in place. I'd rather be safe then sorry. Thanks! I don't have to submit the entry stamps when I traveled do I? Thanks for the help!
