So I just send the whole package thing I-485 to the chicago lockbox but then i read this page http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=6583ecb23683a210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=fe529c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD this i send it to the wrong address ??? i so confused , i send it by Express mail to USCIS

This link is for form I-130. You filed for I-485.

The I-485 USCIS instructions (http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-485instr.pdf) on your case (AOS from K-1) say to file to the Chicago lockbox. This is the correct address if you used Express mail.

So: you did the right thing.

K-1 Visa Timeline AOS Timeline

- Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...

Yeahhh I see now thanks is just that with the whole thing I got scare and i didn't read well.. what worries me now is that it hasn't been delivered yet i send it the 16 it should be there already
