My date NOA1 date is May 14th and I have had no decision made on my case. My husband called last Thursday and was told they were working on May 14th. Its becoming overbearing especially when you know you are doing things the legal way! And the sad part is this is only the first step. You still have to go through NVC and wait for interview.

my noa1 is on april 30th and still waiting, i keep calling the 800 number but got confused with there options and dont know how to get to talk to IO there, can someone tell me which options to follow.. help plss!!

thanks

option 1 to check your case status, enter your receipt number, listen to the status that you already know, then option 3 I believe to report a problem, then wait on hold for 5 minutes.

also keep in mind to enter the 3 letters in your receipt number.. EAC being 322

Just got approved on Nov 30th. Our PD was May 21st. Anyone filed before may 14th should call and file for service request. I called few times to file service request and they won't do it since they are working on May 14th cases for a month now, but soon after calling 3 to 4 times, our NO2 came.

Congratulations! You are lucky! I filed 1 month before you did, and we still have heard anything! Pray for us!
