My I-130 package is due to be reviewed for NOA2/RFE within the next week or two, and I believe I may have made a mistake.

I filled out 2 form G325A's, one with my information, and one with my wife's. I signed both of them with my name. Is this going to be a problem, or should I have my wife (in the Philippines) mail me a G325A with her signature on it?

The directions weren't very clear on the forms...

No worries. You should not have signed her G325a but the foreign spouse living outside the USA is not required to sign their G325a.

That could work but it is better to submit the original with or without signature, for the foreigner. Anything that comes later in the process MUST have the original signature, unless it's coming from a country that allows electronic processing through, NVC. Essentially, that's limited to China, Canada and Mexico but there are a couple other obscure ones that always slip my mind.

The wife should sign her own g-325a. That's what I did. Your wife should mail it to you via 2GO (UPS), FedEx or LBC.

Too late. They already filed. Anyway, the foreigner is not required to sign the G325a.

USCIS is pretty lax on foreigners' G325a forms because all the same information is contained in the DS230 or DS260, as applicable.
