I-130 plzzzzz help!!!

in the I-130 form on section C #13 they ask has your relative ever been to the US? are they asking if i have ever been there or has my spouse ever been there ? also can someone explain to me question #22 plz reply i wanted to send it in by today

Timeline

The answer to your first question depends on who you are in the whole situation.

It wants to know if the beneficiary (the intending immigrant) has ever been the US.

Section C Number 13 is fairly straight forward. Has the relative you're petitioning ever set foot inside of the USA?

For number 22, everyone has difficulty with this one...is your relative planning on staying in his country until approved or is he/she going to be in the USA waiting for approval?

04/04/2022: Check for passport cashed.

05/03/2022: Status changed to "The U.S. Department of State approved your application for your passport book. We're now printing your passport book and preparing to give it to you. You should receive your passport book on or around 05/09/2022."

05/05/2022: Passport Received.

05/09/2022: SSA Citizenship Status Updated.

05/25/2022: Naturalization Certificate received in mail.

Yes, you only fill that out if he is staying in America and adjusting status. N/A works fine.

You do put N/A on the left, but read carefully. You must put the consulate he will be interviewed at in the section on the right of the same question.

It states:

If your relative is not eligible for adjustment of status, he or she will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular post in:

In this section you put the city and country in which immigration will conduct the interview. This is wherever the consulate in his country is that conducts interviews for immigrant visas.

If you put nothing here, I would suspect that they possibly might choose your consulate for you, but I cannot know for sure.
