my wife received a letter today, they asked her to send a copy of marriage certificate, we already sent it n the i-130 package, the address n the letter was homeland security Jacksonville florida not where i sent the original packet in other state, we are a august applied , u think it s a good sign, hope we ll get the NOA2 so soon

Very odd... indeed. But I did have a homeland security agent come to my house and interview me. Then our petition moved on. I would call the local USCIS and see if they really sent it out and why.

There is a USCIS office in Jacksonville, so it would make sense.

The I-130s are going out to local offices to be reviewed now and maybe they misplaced the copy?
