my wife received a letter today, they asked her to send a copy of marriage certificate, we already sent it n the i-130 package, the address n the letter was homeland security Jacksonville florida not where i sent the origional packet in other state, we are a august applied , u think it s a good sign, ho we ll get the NOA2 so soon

Make sure you send them a certified copy of your marriage certificate so as not to receive another RFE. They do misplace things alot. Good Luck to you

Yes, it was an RFE. A lot of I-130 petitions are being transferred to local offices now. Their notices may be in a different format but they mean the same thing. Send them what they are asking for, which would be a photocopy of a certified copy of your marriage certificate. The actual certified copy will be needed at the NVC state, so unless you have more than one, send a photocopy now.
