I recently filed I-129f to bring my fiance to the u.s my question is for the I-134 affidavit of support I should meet 125% of federal poverty guidelines . I live currently with my brother but he supports himself and I support myself. So when calculating how much i should make a year to meet 125% of the federal poverty guideline do I consider the household size to be 1 or 2? Do I count my fiance in my household size now?

If you do not claim him on your taxes, then he is not counted. Household size is not determined by who lives with who. You always count the person you are sponsoring in your household size. It cannot be less than 2, which is what yours is. You need to earn at least $18,912. http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf

To clear up how household size works, see page 2 of the I-864 instructions. Household size works the same even for the I-134.

From the I-864 instructions:

How Do I Count Household Size?

Your household size includes yourself and the following individuals, no matter where they live: any spouse, any dependent children under the age of 21, any other dependents listed on your most recent Federal income tax return, all persons being sponsored in this affidavit of support, and any immigrants previously sponsored with a Form I-864 or Form I-864 EZ affidavit of support whom you are still obligated to support.
