Please, answer only if you had actual experience with traveling with his type of documentation. I am planning on traveling to Europe next Summer. I am USC and my wife on temporary GC. which expires next summer. We will start removal of conditions next April. I know that once you send for ROC you receive a paper stating that GC is extended by 1 year. What I am worried about: while I am not worried about her passing through US Border on the ay back, I am worried that she will not be boarded on the plane on the way back since not everyone understands the nature of this piece of paper that extends expired GC. Anyone had experience/problems abroad?

My wife traveled on her extension letter this past summer. The Korean Air agents at Incheon check-in didn't give her a problem with it.

Make sure your wife takes the ORIGINAL letter, not a photocopy.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.
