hello,we send ds230 to adress written in the cover sheet ,

National Visa Center

Attn. CMR

31 Rochester Avenue Suite 100

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914

but after two weeks nvc send us email that they didn t recieve our ds230 from this adress

e-mail is sent by: The U.S. Department of State's National Visa Center, located at 32 Rochester Avenue, Portsmouth NH 03801.

plz what should i do i have already send civil documents.isn t correct??

No worries,you still need to give it sometime.....it might have been at NVC building and they might not have review it yet but they will still tell you they haven't receive it but it might been in the building until they reveiw it,it will be in the building but you need to give it atleast 20 business working days for it to be reviewed and confirmed so that will be 2 weeks more,so no worries...i hope this answer your question

no worry same thing happen to me until i get worried too much

they keep telling me they don t have it

until the day i called they say my case has been comleted

they sur have your documents in the building

just relax and good luck in your process

thanks for replay, we called nvc today they told us that this email is automatic replay when they ckeck package of aos and don t find d230. so they advice us to wait another week,
