Question about package delivery, just to calm my nerves

We just sent our AOS package to the Chicago lockbox via USPS express but we didn't check the the Wavier of Signature box. The tracking status currently shows: "Notice Left (No Authorized Recipient Available)".

Will it get picked up or should we expect our package back in a few days?

The USPS will try again so just wait and see.

In the future I wouldn't waste any money on express mail or signatures. The mail in the US is great and will only differ a day or two from regular mail.

That is my experiance.

Totally normal. I did exactly the same thing (express post to lockbox, forgot to check signature waiver). I got the same notification. It showed as delivered a couple of hours later.

This is a relief but as of the end of the day, it still hasn't been picked up. (The attempted delivery was over the weekend).
