waiting for interview date

We sent back packet three on the 15/09/2006 and we still have not recieved our date yet...going crazy waiting fo it to come in the mail....it has been nearly 7 weeks now. Should we just keep waiting till somthing comes...or is there a website to check our interview date on?

Have the American half call the DOS (dept of state), once you get through then press 1, 1, 0 to go straight to an operator.

Someone on here very helpfully gave me the phone number for the DOS - 001 202 663 1225

Then press 1,0,4,3,0

I called them last week and they said they had not even received my case. I have decided to see this as being that is has just not been entered on to their system yet - rather than they have just not recieved it!

If you are going to call them from the UK don't forget the time difference

I think you need to call them, and they will givew you a reference number so you can email and check they have received it.

I got my Packet 4 2 weeks after sending in packet 3, i think you should have heard by now.

OMG Clare how did you get it so quick I sent my off the week before you and I've still not got it.

I emailed them on Monday and I'm still waiting to hear back from them.

Did you ring them and hassle them? Any guidance would be much appreciated

We got ours back in 2 week as well. That seems to be about the normal time at the moment. Did you send it back recorded or special delivery so you can check the tracking number and see if it has been delivered.
