That is horrible! What caused this administrative review? Stupid question I know.... But there why some petitions are put under it, some aren't . It will be 8 months of waiting on December 12.

I am not sure really! No one, absolutely no one, tells me what's going on!

By the way, this is the first time I realize that my case is under "administrative" review! How is it different from usual processing? I thought by "under review" they just meant it's being processed! I know of nothing that is out of the ordinary in our case!

Ohhh sept is being approved already?? More NBC Cases?

I just called USCIS today and my case was at NBC (MSC). Talked to Tier 2 IO and she told me that my AOS application is still pending but was transferred to the field office. She also told me that they are working on cases dated June 16th....this may be for cases that are adjusting from K1...should have asked but hope that this little tidbit of info helps anyone whose application is at MSC.

After having read all this what's going on with petitions I just get more and more scared and anxious.

Yes. It's a ball ache. I've apparently been denied and the worst part was telling my fiance, but I'm sure it will work out somehow. Keep on keepin' on...

I love a guy who looks like he could be on Criminal Minds as either an agent or a killer.

Well, it is bad that no one tells what was the reason for that, to review it thoughtrouly . At least , the petitioner has the right to know what is going on with his or her petition.

Like " we need to check up this and that". Why it is a secret?!

When the review takes additional time to get done there must be something what seems suspicious for them. It is ok. They are doing their job. But again, why don't tell people the cause for additional review? ! It is hard to wait 7 months and to get REF and after that to wait again. The worst thing we don't know what to expect. So, I wish all member of our "waiting club" to get more patient and remember "This too shall pass" (I don't know when though)

Exactly! If they told us nicely the reason it's taking too long, I am sure we will be more understanding. Also, it would make our lives a bit easier!

Because the real secret is probably 'I'm sorry but there are SO many petitions and (2) people quit last week and I'm having work (12) hour days to try and keep up with everything and most of my lunches I spend at my desk crying into my bologna sandwich."

I agree even with not a nice reply!!! BUT a reply like. "I don't like: 1..... 2.....3.....or whatever in your petition".
