I have already counted you! It is interesting how many of us are in the club? Something is telling me that there is a nice bunch of us .....

Any news?! Updates?

I got a response from my Congressman's office informing me that my case is with an adjudicator! Have you contacted your Senator/Rep?

I'm in this boat, as well. However, they told me to wait thirty days. Why would one dude need thirty days to look at some paper and send me an RFE?!

I love a guy who looks like he could be on Criminal Minds as either an agent or a killer.

Nice question.....my husband and me have sometimes disputes about that. Last week we were told to wait 15 days more.

I think I've basically given up. I know that my fiance will soon be my husband and he'll be with me one way or another so I've almost stopped caring whether or not I get this approval in time.

Positive attitudes can be acquired by looking at pictures of Tard, The Grumpy Cat!

Look how cute!

Yup! They are useless! After I heard the "good' news from my congressman's office, I did an E-request. Their response is a bit more discouraging: "Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 90 days of the date of this letter. If you have any further questions, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283."

90 days!!! on top of 7.5 months!!! Excellent!

Congratulations you have now entered the twilight zone. I have since gone into a black hole as I near ten months and counting and my feeling and emotions are past numb.

That is horrible! What caused this administrative review? Stupid question I know.... But there why some petitions are put under it, some aren't . It will be 8 months of waiting on December 12.

I'm really new to all this and at this present time I'm feeling really bloody low and depressed because I have been apart from my husband for over 7 months now....

This may be a daft question but how can August petitions get approved before petitions that were sent in July. It's been four and half months since CSC received ours so why haven't I heard anything? To say I'm peed off is an understatement....All I want is to be with my hubby and this waiting is just torture.....

How that can happen is still something that I can't understand. I filed 19th June, said we were gonna get approved fast because my husband is in the army, we complained and asked the senator to help us and sure enough nothing yet happened. Nobody can tell us what's going on with our case and in the meantime I see people getting approved way faster than me. I am so disappointed
