VT center is bad??? That's where mine is :(

Every one I've seen has been waiting a long time.

But you can't really predict visa times IMO because it's such a long time frame.

The amount of people applying is ever changing.

Maybe the people I see approved now for Vermont applied in February, but maybe less people got sent there though the year and you could only wait 4 months WHO KNOWS!

I'm June. I'm still waiting. VSC said two weeks ago that they were working on May 14, 2012 (meaning that most cases before this date have been approved). My wife will call in today to find out where they are at. Probably sometime near the end of May. Hope they hit June, soon. some people just get lucky and get put into a batch that are processed sooner. Should be first come first served, in my opinion. Would work way better that way. That's how its done in Canada.

Nope, they're working on May 14th still. Just called them.

I'm really new to all this and at this present time I'm feeling really bloody low and depressed because I have been apart from my husband for over 7 months now....

This may be a daft question but how can August petitions get approved before petitions that were sent in July. It's been four and half months since CSC received ours so why haven't I heard anything? To say I'm peed off is an understatement....All I want is to be with my hubby and this waiting is just torture.....

Hang in there, I haven't seen my wife in 14 months and counting as well. Four months and counting since NOA1, we should be coming up for NOA2 soon. :)

Local offices have seemed faster , it's not the same queue as EAC or WAC

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

If you were transferred to Missouri you petition is probably at the local office in your area. Everybody is being approved at different times now. SInce Aug 15 there is no rhyme or reason to how the approvals are coming. There are many of of in the same boat so hold on and hopefully we will all get some good news soon!!
