I am not excusting racism towards my OWN RACE. You are not an Arab VP I don't consider these people to be Arabs or Muslims nor are they doing anything that benifits us.

I honestly think it's "part" of the reason this section gets so heated. Think about it...the majority of the peeps in here are women who are filing for men. Why I dunno..just the way it is with the ME/NA people. We have our token Charlie but other than that only one or two men pop in and out of her who are involved in the process, right?

So take all of these women and unless they've hit menopause...which is a whole horse of a different color .......you've got to have some of them pms'ing at the same time. I"ll be the first to admit that I'm a raving lunatic when I'm going through it.

I am not excusing anyone and Mawlison can attest to the debates we have gotten into. Understanding the root of the problem is the first step in solving it. You obviously have no interest in doing that. Maybe this is just debate for you here on VJ, but for some of us this is real life. You can take off your veil and be an American any day of the week, many of us can't. Tolerence is our only option.

But that's not what I said Charlie.... JP is excusing any racist for being racist just because they've seen the news here. In other words.... anyone who has seen the news is forgiven for being racist (if they are) just because that's the way the media presents things so it's OK for people to succumb to racism because of that.
