Cebu CFO requirements

My Fiance's cousin said she needs to bring the sealed packet from the embassy so they can make a copy. I told my fiance hell no, the packet is sealed for a reason, and the cfo only needs her passport, nso and cenomar.

I need to know 100% from anyone who has gone to CEBU in the past few months EXACTLY what you needed to bring. Please, she will be going tomorrow.

she is on a K1 visa if this helps

Just wanted to thank everyone in advance for all your help, after this last hurdle, she will be getting her plane ticket and I can hold her again... I really miss her.

You will only need the passport that has a visa already, cenomar, nso birth certificate, the proof of evidence..have it photo copied your passport, cenomar, nso birth cert. do not open the sealed packet from usem.

My cousin just made it. She'll only need her passport with her visa. Have them photocopied both the passport information and her visa. Her payment, her formed from CFO, parents consent if she's under 25 years old and have it notarized by a lawyer. My cousin didn't bring NSO BC and Cenomar because once you already have the visa, then it's clear to them that you've passed and completed all documents needed.
