Is the baby the biological child of your US citizen spouse?

If yes, have you filed CRBA for the child? http://manila.usembassy.gov/service/citizenship/first-time-report-of-birth-abroad7.html

You need to bring:

- Your Passport

- NSO Marriage Certificate

- NSO Advisory on Marriages (this is the "cenomar" of married persons)

- NBI clearance (the green one for travel abroad)

- Police Certificate (if you have lived and/or worked in a foreign country for 6 months or longer)

- Pictures of you and the petitioner together

- Money remittance slips

- Skype video logs, chat logs, email print-outs

- Petitioner's latest ITR and W2

Might as well bring your baby's NSO Birth Certificate, CRBA and US Passport too.

Can somebody help me? I was been interviewed last Nov. 5 and I need to wait for my Japan Police Certificate to be release hopefully this week. But the US Embassy staff took my Passport after my interview and he just instructed me to pass my police cert when it is there. But I just found out that I need to present my passport to the Embassy of Japan for the releasing of my police cert. Can I just go straight to the US Embassy in Manila and just ask the staff to pull out or borrow my passport for awhile then give it back together with my Japan Police Cert? Please help!!!
