Hi Bethany. Yep, send an email to passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com with your PASSPORT UID as subject and you will get an instant reply. I was able to track mine that way. It took a week before it was handed over to the courier, and even then, I still wasn't able to track mine on their website with my UID and case number so I emailed 2go and they gave me the tracking number, and viola! I got my passport the very next day after it was handed over. Don't worry. I was as anxious as you were then. But you will have it soon! :):thumbs:

I just did what you told me but I was surprised with their reply (There is no status update available for the passport number submitted).
