Hi & hello

I will introduce myself Im a naturalized citizen, married and the father of two children who are under 9 1/2 & 2 yr old. We already gathered the documents completely (Such all Certificate) and have it all with me Including of form G-325 that had just received few days ago from my wife in the philippines and I also fill up form G-325 for myself. Lately I already print and fill it up form I-130 (Petition alien relative) each of them separately Together with a payment separately.

My question is Should I really need to file G-325 for my child(s) or No Need

2nd- Do I need to send copy of my Citizenship certificate to proof of eligibility as per my status stated on the form I-130 & G-325

3rd- What else things need to submit, beside the all documents included each applicant

4th- personal cheque, cheque issue by the employer that has business name printed on it, was this accpeted

I glady appreciated all you guyz for your help.. thank you

Make sure you'll get a forwarding address from the local postal office to your new address or just put the address of one of your family for the time being (just remind them about the importance of it and not to throw in the trash). It will take about a week or two before you'll receive a Notice of Action. Once you received it and already moved in, call that number on the letter and update them with your new mailing address.

Submit PHOTOCOPIES of YOUR birth certificate, marriage certificate & naturalization certificate. Your children's NSO birth certificates will be needed after the petition is approved.
