DCF in CANADA

Hello All,

I'm a US citizen (also canadian citizen) marrying a canadian citizen soon. I want to expediate the I-130 process asap. Now i understand that the DCF option doesn't exist for canada anymore however on thier website it does mention about emergency process. Has anyone actually been approved through this in the past year? and if yes, what situations would help. My situation is that I'm a medical student and i will be landing residency (my work placement) soon which i don't know where. Due to this, I want my wife to join me asap. Would this constitute as emergency or do i need a more emergeny excuse?

-Extreme emergent situation

-Humanitarian situation(the applicant has urgent and critical medical needs that cannot be addressed in the applicant’s country;The applicant is faced with urgent circumstances related to the death or serious illness of a family member;

-Compelling interest of USCIS

 -The applicant is at risk of serious harm due to personal circumstances distinct from the general safety conditions of those living in the applicant’s country;

It would be in the national interest of the United States to have the applicant in the United States (for example, the applicant’s presence in the United States is

urgently required for work with a U.S. government entity).
