Hello once again fellow VJ members,I'm preparing all the documents needed for my upcoming interview on Friday ( Nov. 28 USEM MANILA ) My fiance sent all the papers needed.All are originals except the ITR, W2'S , bank statements and letter of employment, is this ok? The 1-134 ad the updated letter of intent are originals..Pls . enlighten me with this.. All your inputs are very appreciated..Thank you and GOD BLESS US ALL IN OUR JOURNEY..

how about pay stubs? :)

06/25/2008 : Met for the first time

07/25/2011 : Met for the 2nd time, HE PROPOSED!

04/06/2012 : Sent I29-F Package

04/09/2012 : NOA1 received

10/03/2012 : NOA2 (no RFE)

11/15/2012 : Med Exam @ St.Lukes (scar found on xray film)

11/19/2012 : start of my 3-day sputum exam

11/21/2012 : 3 smear result is negative but have to wait 2 months for culture and sensitivity test result

01/21/2013 : PASSED the med exam! smile.png

01/28/2013 : Interview at USEM(7:30AM)-- APPROVED

02/02/2013 : Visa on Hand

02/25/2013 : USA entry

03/12/2013 : Got Married, got SSN after 4 days

04/08/2013 : Filed/sent AOS, EAD, AP

04/22/2013 : NOA1 letter received with biometrics appontment

05/15/2013 : biometrics

06/25/2013 : received the EAD/AP combo card

You don't need the bank statement unless you're using the liquid assets. Yes, you'll need the last few months of the pay stubs (not certain with the minimum but we have the last 3 months)

Thanks Tintin and Mike, my fiance has no pay stubs from work only the W2'S that indicates the summary of his income..hope this will be during the interview..

Is he unemployed now? W2 is the yearly statement from his employer. How about bank deposits from work?

I'm not sure if you could get away without the pay stubs. All I know is if you have ITR then you won't need the 1040s and W2s but you'll still need the pay stubs with ITR.

sis, they usually ask for ITR's (1040) and w2 so i suggest you bring the latest

The company i work for dont give pay stubs...The check is direct deposit but if want pay stubs you go to the company web site and print all the pay stubs you want ...
