You are right Pushbrk, they are agency of the state and me and my wife didn't know that they are not associated with USCIS as my wife told me that they may cause us problems but now that we know they can;t do anything, we are very happy and she said that she will send them a certified translation copy of our marriage certificate to them also thank you so much pushbrk.
