Thanks for anyone in advance who can offer me any advice:

I am a married son of American parents who were naturalised 8 years ago after spending 6 years in USA when my mom won the dv-lottery and i was 22 back then. They both and my brother filled for me petitions i-130 direct and not through any attorney. The NVC current date is july 2002 considering that i got approval from UCSIC back in december 2007.

My question is there a way i can expedite this as my parents are 68 and 66 years old and i want to stay with them...

Once again really appreciate any advice.
