If it's close to your house, you can just go and tell that you received her phone call and sorry for not replying back.

If you know that it's for your fingerprint, come with all the papers that you may need. Maybe she will talk and explain everything...

Also you can check on your status online to see if your case is updated.

-You can simply tell the truth that you erased all your voice mail, and if English is not your native language, you can use the basic excuse of not having been able to understand everything that you heard.

Good luck!

Thnk you for replying. No i never recieved any notifications. I had my biometrics done june and received my EAD card late july. This was the IO that interviewed me. Im not sure if you read my interview experience with her, but to sum it all up, she was all over the place, talking about things that i even knew made no sense , for example she was adamant Honduras doesnt have TPS, she was also adamant that i didnt have an i -130 filed for me!!! I dont understand why this is happening. My mom said maybe before she gives me my green card she wants to make sure nothing has happened sinse June that might disqualify me.. But it still doesnt make sense. im so frustrated to the point thatim getting depressed. Is this normal?

katie, you have a very unusual case. Abnormal is normal. Why on earth would you delete that phone message?

Anyway, I would try to make contact with them - I think it's legit.

Ahhh, I did read that experience but did not make the connection. In that case, I agree with Harpa, it may be legit (though odd). If you can't un-delete your message I would make an Infopass appointment ASAP to try to figure out exactly what is going on.

I know ive been beating myself over it, i always do that i just press 7 and delete as soon as i listen to the voicemail. Im going Monday late in the afternoon, sinse its when theres nobody there, the people in the window are very nice so ill just explain my situation.

Think the call is legit too, could they be double checking ....just a thought

Hi Jihana, but double checking what? It isnt a marriage based petition, and i dont have a criminal past. I just dont understand.

Do i need an infopass just tso they can ask her what the issue is/was?

I literally got into an argument with my husband because all of this is making me sick,im getting depressed all over again. Last Friday we were so happy and even went out to dinner because we fullfiled the IO's request, after so much running around, calling people, even getting into arguments to give her what she wanted,we breathed a sigh of relief thinking it was all over with. That wed just wait for our approval, and then this. My husbnd caught me crying, he said hes tired of this, that this country is treating us like criminals, i know hes just hurt to see me hurting. But good things come to those who wait, but its getting so hard, ive been running around non stop trying to do everything i can. I dont understand why this is happening to me, its like this lady is trying so hard to find anything possible to make my life miserable, i cant stop crying because it seems like its not going to end. What more can she possibly want ? This is starting to interfere in my marriage and my health.
