I'm required to show evidence of my UK immigration status, what kind of evidence is good enough?

Does a passport or birth certificate show my UK immigration status??

Are you a native born citizen of the UK? What form are you on? Sorry not enough coffee yet I feel confused lol.

Then your birth certificate (long form) will prove your status in the uk.

I am still confused, you are posting in the K-1 forum as well. If you are married already you need to focus on the K3 only. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k3guide If ever you are unsure of where you are at in the process, do ask. Hope this helps.

Basically i'm putting questions in both places to help people out that might need that information. I'm currently going through the K3 process but have a friend who doesn't use the net who will be going through the k1 process, so i'm just trying to cover all bases really. hope this clears your confusion ;)

The long form Certificate includes your parent's details. If you do a google search for it, you can order yours online. That is what my husband did. It's a small fee.
