Hi there.

My step-children age 9 and 12 have their visa interview next month. I have paid all the NVC fees here except I only paid one AOS fee.

The rep on the phone told me that fee was paid in error and I should seek a refund. Are there any additional fees I need to pay for their visa's at interview time?

I paid 2 IV fees and 1 AOS fee for my 2 stepchildren at NVC. Besides the medical there shouldn't be any other significant fees although it can be embassy specific and some require visa delivery fees.

No. Not for relative visas. ALL of those fees are paid during the NVC process. Praying for you and your children's process! God bless and mercy journey's to your little one's home to you!

My children will have their interview next month and I won't be there to be with them. Would you please let me know what happened and what are the questions asked of them?
