26. HOW LONG DO YOU INTEND TO STAY IN THE U.S.?

27. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF YOUR TRIP?

28. WHO WILL PAY FOR YOUR TRIP? (this one i know i have to say its kathrine my problem is how do i answer it? do i say her full name ? or just say my fiancee? )

32. DO YOU INTEND TO WORK IN THE U.S.? (if yes give the name and address of U.S. employer) i do intend to work but i dont have any job yet what do i say here?

33. DO YOU INTEND TO STUDY IN THE U.S.? (if yes give the name and address of school) i do intend to study but got no school yet on the list

39. WAS THIS APPLICATION PREPARED BY ANYBODY ON YOUR BEHALF? (if answer is yes, then have that person complete item 40) do i say my attorney? but then she needs to sign on it and she is in the U.S. or should i just say NO that i prepared it myself?

As cazzers said follow the sample form on VJ and you'll be fine.

14. National Identification Number (If applicable): Not every country has a NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER and NO it's not on your NOA2. This number is the one that identifies you in your country of origin. If your country had it, I'm pretty sure you would know which number it is, because it will be the main documentation number that identifies you. Put NONE if it doesn't apply to you.

40. Is meant for lawyers preparing forms for their clients

if i prepare this form for my fiancee beneficiary, do i write that i prepared it on her behalf?? or just say "self" implying my fiancee prepared it.
