I am a US citizen past the NOA2 stage, my fiancee lives in Spain and she will have her embassy interview there. Here in the US, I received a notice in the mail saying that the NVC has forwarded my approved I-129F petition to the US Embassy in Madrid and then they'll contact my fiancee to begin the processing.

1) My fiancee does not speak English, will she be able to complete the forms they're sending her? Will the embassy interview be in Spanish?

2) I've searched here and it seems that the forms that will be required for her to send back to the embassy (packet 3?) before the interview are just the DS-230 and and the I-134 from me, is that correct or is there more?

3) I haven't sent her a copy of my I-129F petition packet yet. Can I email her copies of all the pages in the packet so she can print them in Spain to bring to the interview? I know you need some original documents as proof of an ongoing relationship so I suppose that will have to be mailed, possible along with a notarized I-134 from me?

4) Final question, and most important, she is a Bolivian citizen and has only residency in Spain where she lives. She was married in Bolivia but divorced in Spain. I thought they might have required her to be officially divorced in Bolivia but nothing was mentioned about that when they approved my I-129F. I assume they would have said something already or is it possible that the US Embassy in Spain will now ask for a Bolivia divorce?

Thanks so much for your help!!

1-Yes

2-Look at this website http://madrid.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant/fiance.html

3- Yes, but the I-134 does not need to be notarized, just make sure you have supporting documents for this form and to be on the safe side send the I-864 as well some Embassy's ask for this instead even with the K1 visa. Go to this website and read over the instructions for both of these forms. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis

4- Not sure look over first website listed and see what you can find. What USCIS excepts and what Embassy wants can be different so research it to be safe.

Best of luck to you!
