Then you need to supply more evidence. What did you submit the first time?

Would your ex or any of her family be willing to write a letter?

Do you have or can you get evidence of joint bills, joint lease or ownership of home, being listed as next of kin at work/ on insurance stuff?

Please i have a question, I was married with US Citizen overseas and she filed for me to come to USA and i was given a conditional GC for two years, Then at the end of the two years i filed for removal of condition, after filing for the removal of the condition my spouse divorce me because i said i'm not going to the military then i had a letter from USCIS for more envidence of marriage. And since we get into this country she refused to have joint account with me and also file taxes with me then she want me to join the military before she will do all that with me. So please i need an advise on this situation because people are saying that because she is the one who filed for me to come to this country USCIS will deport me back to my country.

*** Moving from ROC to Effects of Major Changes forum ****

- print out any emails etc you may have where she says that not joining the military is the reason for divorce

- get letters from her famil saying that they have seen you together, you seem a genuine couple etc.

I would suggest you read through various threads in the "removing conditions forum"-

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/86-removing-conditions-on-residency-general-discussion/

You can see lists of things people submitted, perhaps theres something someone listed that you have that you havent thought of.

Common items people submit are-

tax returns, bank statements, leases/proof of property (which can include cars) insurance (health, home, life) wills, photos, affidavits from people who know/knew you, mail showing the same address, Drivers licences showing the same address, joint bills or household bills dived among the spouses- ie the cable in the wifes name and the electric in the husbands name.
