when can she pay tax max to began process of citizenship ,when can she apply and when will she get it?

 3 years for spouses of USC and 5 years for all other LPRs, she can file taxes as soon as she receives the W-2 wage and tax statements normally they are issued by employers in January and all taxes have to be filed by April 15, 2013.

Well, tax day is april 15th, but you can file once you have your w2s, etc ready, which is usually January or February, depending on state and your employer. So you have to apply before April 15 2013 but can extand till August 2013 in rare circumsances.

If you entered in November 2008, if you entered not based on marriage to US citizen, you are eligible to become US citizen in November 2013. But you can apply 90 days before your 5 year anniversary. ( if you got GC through marriage than the same but 3 years).

Depending on where you apply and if your paperwork is OK, it takes 4-6 months to get a citizenship.

You are very confusing but to help you...you need to apply for taxes BY April 15' so if interview is After april 15 2013, you need the 2012 taxes. By the way, how do you know ur interview date? Strange....

You will apply for citizenship 90 days before your GC 5 years anniversary. If its in November than you would apply 90 days before.
