It is listed here in the guides. I'm guessing you are asking for a friend as an LPR cannot petition for married children. And it will take about 20 years for a visa number to become available.

Well this is for my mom. She wants to petition my sister whose already married..

Is your mom a US citizen already? If yes, then she can file i-130 for your sister. No need to fill-up g-325a.

Refer to this: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=86493e4d77d73210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=86493e4d77d73210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD

Your sister will be under the F3 category. Waiting time is 20 YEARS. http://travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_1360.html

If you are filling form i-130 for married children, what form comes along with it? do you really need to filled out form g-325a?

Have you read the Guides, yet? Read the instructions for these forms?

The Guides are pretty comprehensive on what to send in with the I-130.
