please i need help i do know that i need the original copy of my NOA1 & NOA2 but what about the tax returns? do i need the original? cant my fiancee scan it and send to my email? i just want to know which of the requirements apart from the NOA that i do need the original copy thank you

If you mean for interview, they don;t care about your NOA 1 and 2.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

If you mean for interview, they don;t care about your NOA 1 and 2.

its for my interview and yes they do care for my NOA the one that approved our petition do you understand now?

Dec 24 2012 - Case Complete

May 17 2013 - Interview-Approved

July 19 2013 - Enter the USA

When you go to interview, you will have an interview letter (or printed out email). Security may want to see that. No, you definitely do NOT need NOA1 or 2, original or copy.

Taxes: photocopy or email is fine.

what your fiancee can do is request tax transcripts from IRS. You dont need the NOA I dont know why you think you do. You may need it when your in AOS phase, but not now. Now I sent my fiance a packet of everything he needs for the interview. That is what most if not all of us have done. So what she sends you should include the tax info. Now to answer your question you can give the copies of the 1040 and W2s.
