my cousine fiance is US citizen and merry with my cousine coming april 2013 but she is 19 years old and still student she dont have a job and sh dont have her domicile. i hear about something if US citizen live out side from US then file a petion for his spouse then domicile is mandatory.cuz she is young and not pay taxes yet.then how she can get her domicile

will her spouse petition be approved? and at the time of her spouse interview, is there any problem will occur??

01/08/2013 - Received NOA2 (notice date Dec 19,2012) 16 Days from NOA1

if she is petitioning because they plan to relocate to the U.S, she definitely will need a cosponsor

No, she will attach it to the I-864 Affidavit of Support which she will fill out once the I-130 has been approved and sent to the National Visa Center for further processing.
