Incorrect birthday on visa

My parents' petition finally came through and received their passports with their visa today. But upon checking the details, we realized that her birthday month on the visa is incorrect, it does not match the details on the passport or all the other documents they submitted. We called the hotline and was told to submit a form and have the visa corrected by sending back her passport via 2GO. Does anyone have any idea how long the processing will take if we send the passport back today? I was thinking maybe it will be there by Monday, then they can update it, maybe send it back to us before Thanksgiving? They are hoping to leave before the end of the month. Thanks.
