BP, I don't think it's anything to worry about considering you're already done with your Bio-metrics appointment. There are numerous cases of people not being able to check their case status online because of errors or just that the system is down.

I had a job offer and the company said they wanted me to join immediately and I approached the Congressman's office hoping for an expedite. USCIS refused saying it didn't meet their criteria and I lost the job. From what I've read, it has to be a matter of life or death to get an expedite request approved.

Don't worry. I called a few weeks ago because our case numbers weren't coming up in the system and the officer told me that more times than not the cases never end up in the online system. She said they've been working to improve the system for over a year and it obviously hasn't done much good. She also noted that even when they do make it into the online system, it'####### or miss as far as how accurate it is. Just be diligent of the normal processing times and if you fall outside of them without hearing anything, then call.

I wonder why there are so many discrepancies with the website...when I signed up for an "account" at USCIS I had no problem, and so far, it is accurate and shows fine the progress of my case. I wonder what is the base that some people have troubles....if it was an average link issue it would not work for anyone...so it is a bit strange...
