Is it frowned upon to send additional proof of ongoing relationship at the time the ds-230 is sent to NVC? By the time I get our NOA2, many months have passed (7-9) and maybe it will help to give additional phone bills and chat logs?

IMO, you don't need volumes of phone conversations and pictures to prove your relationship. You only need a few token ones that would suggest that you, indeed, have a love relationship. If NVC needs more for some reason, they'll send you an email for them, or at least let you know to provide the Embassy you'll have your interview with more information. If you're following most of the forums on consulate interview, you'd find that in most cases a few pictures and pages of phone logs are enough.

At the NVC state it has been as you stated 7-8 months front-loading has two purposes to get the petition approved and to get the visa approved. The petition is already approved at that point, now NVC is trying to get the required administrative paperwork processed to support the visa and obtain an interview date I suggest him bringing it to the interview rather than adding more paperwork that NVC is not asking for, my husband took updates with him of two additional trips(they were already tracking), pics, mortgage, conversations and insurance they accepted it all the day of the interview.

When he walks into the interview, they will already know what decision to take many people arrive and 221g is done up ahead of time for RFE, AP. or denial.

Good luck,

Good luck,

thats messed up that they already made up decision for AP/denial even before you go for interview. that is just sad

It's not called frontloading, but several folk have decided to call it that. No harm, really, but it's great to call it 'sideloading' as yer really mid-way into the process...

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
