Nov 1- Sent i130,i485 and i765 ups

Nov 2- received at Chicago lockbox

Nov 7- email t text for all 3

Nov 9- checks cashed

Nov10-received hard copy for all 3

Nov12-received biometric apptment Dec 6

Dec 6-biometric done

Jan 2-received hard copy for interview Jan 31

Jan18-EAD Approved

Jan28-received EAD card

Jan 31-interview got approved

Congrats @ bazinga! That must have been such a relief!

@ FavoredOnes In my case, our lawyer was dumb enough to not send any additional evidence documents, like proof of bonafide relationship, etc.

@ Jordandawg05 Hopefully she'll be fine by that time. Was beginning to wonder what happened to your case, haven't heard from you, so!

It's my birthday today and guess what birthday gift I receive in the mail ?? lol

My interview is scheduled for January 29! It says National benefits center, though. :bonk: I was thinking it would be somewhere in Texas (where I live).

Really relieved and glad!

Wonder what happened to the EAD card :unsure: !

Nov/23/12: at 9:27 A.M.Package signed and recieved

Nov/29/12: Check cashed

Dec/03/12: Recieved Receipts and Biometrics appointment

Dec/20/12: Biometrics appointment

Jan/2/13. : received email an text. Ready for Testing and interview

Jan/23/13: text and email that EAD and AP approved!!!! Yes!!!!!!!

Day 70: Jan/29/13: Card/Document Production

Day 73: Feb/01/13: Recieved EAD card.

Day 101: recieved text/email that AOS interview is April 2nd.

Day--- : AOS approved for green card. Got stamp in passport.

OK guys - so i was able to do a walk in bio metrics for my wife in San Diego ! a week after our scheduled appointment but thats OK i guess - hopefully i receive interview date soon. I haven't heard any news on her EAD either.

Day 11/14 Mailed AOS Package

Day 11/16 AOS Package Accepted

Day 11/20 Received Text with receipt numbers

Day 11/21 Checks cashed

Day 11/26 -Letter for Biometrix - its on 12/20

Day 12/20/ went to do biometrics, turn away as wife has a cut on thumb - will try to walk in next week

Day 12/28 - bio metrics done ! - walked in San Diego as we were visiting my in laws.

Day 1/4/2013 - received text/email that case is ready to be scheduled for interview !

Day 1/15/2013 - received hard copy letter to let us know interview is on 2/12 !

Day 1/17/2013 - received text/email that EAD has been approved

Day 1/26/2013 - received EAD card

My I130 was already approved but I filed my I130 seperately initially back in September then filed for ASO 485 ( as my situation changed).

Hey Guys,

I received an email today. My interview is on Feb 8th, the location is National benefit center. But, as someone already mentioned probably in the interview letter I will see the location as Los Angeles office. Good luck to all the filers.

Hi All

I got my EAD even Before I140 got approved. Still it is in initial Review stage.

Is there anyone in a similar Situation?

Has anyone who has AOS from work (employment) got Interview dates?

Time line

Oct 2009- got Married

June 2010- POE Newark H1B

July 2012 Perm applied

Sep 2012 Perm approved

Oct 2012 Medical evaluation with Civil Surgeon. TB skin test & Blood test cleared.

Nov – 6 2012 My attorney submitted I 140 & I 485 for me and 485 for my wife

Nov - 8 2012 Texas Center received the application

Nov - 14 2012 NOA sent

Nov - 19 2012 NOA for AOS , AP, EAD received for me and my wife

Nov - 21 2012 Biometric appointment notice received (appointmnet Date Dec-12-2012)

Dec - 01 2012 Got a text and email that my AP and EAD are approved and Card in production

Dec - 03 2012 Another text and email that my AP and EAD are approved and Card in production

Dec - 05 2012 (6 am) Got a text that they have mailed my card to the address on my file

Dec - 05 2012 (6 pm) Got a text that USPS has picked up my card and will be delivered in 7 days

Dec - 06 2012 (3 am) Got a Text and email that my Case is approved an notice has been Mailed

Dec - 07 2012 Got my EAD card in Mail

I just received a text and email for my wifes ASO:

Testing and Interview

Your I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS is now ready for interview scheduling. When scheduling is complete, you will receive a notice with a time and place for your interview. If you have not received the notice within 30 days of the date the notice is mailed, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

what would this mean? within the next 30 days i should receive an interview notice? just wana double check. We are pretty much ready for the interview i just need to organize some papers. The only thing i wana make sure i have is my wife's original birth certificate - I have a certified copy but not the original. my thought that her parents brought it with them when they visited October but its back home in Jordan so ...i need to get someone to mail it to me ASAP - unless USCIS is satisfied with a certified copy..any opinion on this?
