Pittsburgh Field Office phone number for USCIS?

Hello,

There was a link that I had bookmarked for the Pittsburgh Field Office of the USCIS but now it is not working. Does anyone have this number? My wife received her Biometrics appointment letter for February 8th but her 9 year-old daughter got the same letter. It is my understanding that nobody under the age of 14 has to have this done. I want to call so see if she must attend as well but they do a real good job of hiding the phone numbers. Thanks.
