Hi All,

Just wanted to drop in to give you all a quick update: We just got word that my wife's residency conditions have been removed. We filed in February of this year with the Vermont Service center. In March, we received a paper extension of my wife's 2-year card, and just last week got the approval notice saying that the USCIS removed her conditions without an interview being necessary. And yesterday, her card arrived. So the process was quick and relatively painless.

Next up: citizenship.

Thanks to everybody here for the advice, support, commiseration, and more. I can't imagine this process having gone nearly as smoothly without you.
