Help me! Aos package..

Hi all,

I came to America with esta. And I got married with us army.

I was so confused about aos package list that I read... Cuz I don't have some of them..

So i don't know what to do.. Help me..

1) form I 130

I have my birth cert. but no secondary proofs of birth such as school record.

And state ID card. I don't have it..

And I 94 too..

2)I 485

It says I need my birth cert too . But I have only one. Should I copy it and file it again?

Says current f1 visa with all relevant passport stampings.. But I'm esta.. So I don't need them?

And unexpired i20..

Form i94.. Which is not on me.

Sponsors IRS transcript.. I don't know what it is..

Sponsors w2.. Don't know this one too..

3) I 765

I don't have current opt ead.. What should I do..

And do I need the letter from employer?

1. This form is for your husband to complete

2. Send copies not originals. Your husband does the sponsor stuff. He will know what those things are. For the I-94 stuff you write vwp

3. no. you don't need a letter from the employer. and you don't have OPT EAD so I'm not sure what you're asking about.

Military has some places that can assist you. Perhaps see a lawyer? It's better not the waste the $1490 it's going to cost to file. Plus you need a medical which isn't always cheap either.

You need to calm down and read over the forms again. What are you reading? You seem to have a specific person's list. You are in an entirely different situation than that person, so using that list will not help you. Have you found the VJ guide?
