Will I get denied or a RFE?

I sent the I-130 a couple weeks ago. For evidence, I included the marriage certificate and doctor's paper which states my wife is currently pregnant along with the ultrasound picture. I didn't send any other evidence with it because I thought I could have those at the interview. Now I'm starting to worry. Will I get a RFE or denied?

RFE or approved. You don't need a lot of evidence to get the petition approved. The problem here is, that Vietnam is a high-fraud country, and by not "front-loading" the petition, the consulate will not have much proof of a bona fide marriage and they are not required to look at anything you try to show them on interview day.

There have been cases where persons send in additional proof when they are sending in the DS-230 with the required documents to NVC. I suggest that you gather other evidence to send at that point.

It does not hurt to send in one or two more evidence at the NVc stage just in case. remember the 130 instructions mentioned sending in otyher evidence like :

bank statement, etc showing mingling of accounts,

Affidavits sworn by third parties attesting to the relationship

Lease or mortgage papers that has both your names

some people send pictures, copies of flights boarding pass(to show they have met recently)

did you include your proof of citizenship? i see you did not mention it
