If I read the chart correctly it seems as though I am eligible to use the I-864EZ form. Is that possible? I have never been able to use EZ anything before. I want to make sure that I am not screwing anything up.

If you will be using only your income, no assets to meet the poverty guidelines and there is only one person you are petitioning for then yes you can use this form.

1-Bring them to the interview, you shouldn't receive an RFE for not providing them as they are not required with this form.

2-A child born after a petition was filed and approved may be registered or added on to the petition as a derivative. The principal applicant needs to submit the child’s birth certificate either to the NVC or to the Embassy and pay the corresponding visa processing fee for each additional derivative.
