CR1 - Female beneficiary denial

Hi All,

Does anyone know of any female beneficiaries denied on CR1's out of Morocco?

I recently heard of the situation, and am wondering if it's as rare as I think it is and what are some likely reasons - especially if petitioner/USC is of Moroccan descent.

It's rarer than with men but yes I have seen it happen on here. If the USC is of Moroccan descent, then sometimes they suspect he is helping a family member immigrate, or someone from his home village (maybe for money/ favour for the family back home).

I do recall a thread once where a VJ MENA member mentioned being on another Moroccan forum that they frequented where it was discussed that women had been denied a US family based visa. It was discovered they had a fraud scam going and the entire ring in the States was busted.

Mmm, I don't remember ever seeing a female being denied a family based visa in VJ MENA. There are so few that come here for help with the visa process. I can recall maybe a handful of female beneficiaries from the MENA region over the past five years.
