Hello everyone how much time does a 221g add the the wait time of a visa? It was a simple error there was not a space between her name on 1 of her doc. Any past experience on something like this will be most helpful, they did keep her passport. Thanks for your time.

221 g is a form requesting for additional or missing docs, as soon as you submit the needed or requested documents they will eventually work on your visa. someone shared it to me and they said it will usually take 2 more weeks to a month max. so i would suggest to comply to it ASAP so they can work on her visa :) goodluck and God bless :)

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Chinook received a 221g at her K-1 interview. Her interview was on a Monday and she received her visa the following Thursday, about a week and a half after her interview.
