i864 question

Hello all. I am filling out the i864 AOS for my husband and my mother will be my joint-sponsor. I live abroad with my husband and have been here with him for 6.5 years. I listed my parent's address as my permanent residence in the US. We will live there when we first arrive, and it is the address I have on my us bank account and drivers license. Since I am listed at the same address as my parents, does that mean that my mother should fill out i864A, as a household member whose income I am using? Or does she fill out i864 as the joint sponser?

Than you for your help!

I am in the same boat as you & I'm also not sure. I'm going to have my dad (my hubby's co sponsor) fill out both. When we go to the interview, I'll just hand them whichever one they request.

I864 for both of you, as she is not financially dependant on you, nor you on her.

Thank you Penguin! That is kind of what I was thinking, but I just wanted to make sure.

You can be sure. I-864 for each of you.
