Hi! Just want to know if someone can apply a tourist visa while their K1 visa is pending? Hoping to hear from u guys!

Sure. Depending on what country they are from it can be anywhere from very easy to near immpossible to obtain though. They need to be honest about their pending K1 on the tousit visa application. Does the person have a sufficient amount of money in the bank to pay for a trip to the US? Do they have a steady job or own a business? Do they own any real estate. These things would be very helpful when obtaining a tourist visa since they will need to show strong ties to their home country.
