My wife and I just filed the lifting of conditions on November 9th. We just got a biometrics appointment for November 30th - which lands right on some travel plans we had.

The biometrics appointment sheet says I can mail it to Virginia to ask for a rescheduled appointment - is this a bad idea? The travel plans were business related for myself (to Las Vegas) but my wife was going for the ride.

Would it be better for her to just stay and do the biometrics appointment or is it ok to reschedule?

Would this throw everything else off?

Why don't you try an early biometrics walk in? I mean go to the office and tell them you had a business trip and both of you are going, so you want to do an early walk in. If they said no, send the biometrics letter and reschedule it. Good luck
